Once their appointment starts, you will notice that our practice has an open concept examination area so that kids never feel closed in. We provide a clean and relaxed atmosphere where parents can always be right beside their child during each stage of the visit.
It is worth explaining to your child that they will never be alone during their appointment at Jr. Smiles®. Parents always sit with their kids during the examination and are there by their side to ask any questions and to talk to the child while the dentist does their work.
Our examination area and cleaning area also feature screens above every chair that play licensed movies that your child can watch during their examination should they choose to. Our pediatric dentists will also explain to your child what they are doing at each step of the appointment so that they can follow along and learn as well.
Developing a familiarity and positive connection between your child and the dentist is a great way to make dental appointments enjoyable as your child grows.
This is why Jr. Smiles® never sends kids home empty handed. Each appointment always ends with a visit to our toy wall, where your child can pick out a free toy to bring home with them.
