We accept all traditional (indemnity) plans that do not require network participation, including:
For co-pay we collect all anticipated co-pays prior to treatment. We electronically submit claims on your behalf, and the insurance company pays us directly. All copays and deductible quotes are an estimate and are not a guarantee of final out-of-pocket.
Some more involved treatments we collect the estimated co-payment and deductible prior to treatment, usually on the day of the service.
If you are unsure about your insurance coverage with our office, we are willing to call insurance carriers when parents can provide complete information:
Non-insured patients* are eligible to enrol in our Savings Plan. Enrolment is $10 per patient, and it’s good for 12 continuous months.
The plan includes:
* Enrolment in Junior Smiles® Savings Plan Required. Possible savings of $400, up to $700+ per year.
